| Duties: | Job Description
Senior Accountant for our national freight brokerage team. In this position, you will participate in efforts to maintain accounting practices and analyze the needs of the business to help solidify and increase the market presence of England Logistics as a premier logistics provider. The main focus of this position is to manage existing accounting processes and analyze data related to all departments within the division. You will be in contact with customers and carriers as well as internal customers so, building relationships, solving problems, and assessing customers' needs and presenting information accurately is essential.
The responsibilities for this position include:
· Regular review of accounts and accounting practices
· Providing financial analysis support to leadership
· Prepare and coordinate required reporting documentation
· Communicate information timely and accurately
· Quarterly forecasting
· Weekly financial projections

| Qualifications: | Job Requirements
The required qualifications for this position include:
· Bachelors degree in Accounting
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong time management, able to meet and exceed deadlines
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, written and verbal
· A proven track record of performance
· Comfortable presenting and public speaking
· Ability to multi-task
· Team oriented
· Advanced in office tool use, excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
