Job Description
In this position, you will participate in efforts to grow the brokerage business unit and increase the market presence of England Logistics as a premier logistics provider. The main focus of this position is to solicit freight, manage existing accounts and help to build the division globally. You will be in contact with customers and shippers daily, building relationships, solving problems, and assessing customers' needs to make sure they are met along with the companies’ goals.

| Duties: | Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:
· Solicits freight from existing account base and solicits new freight business to business
· Oversees bid process and spot quoting on all teams freight
· Manage customer relationships
· Acts as liaison between the shipper/receiver and carrier
· Holds regular accountabilities for team members
· Creates annual plan with monthly and weekly goals
· Coordinates with administration to ensure that accounts are current
· Prepare and coordinate required reporting documentation
· Proactively manage exceptions and provide solutions
· Ensure goals are met by selling weekly quota
· Communicate information timely and accurately

| Qualifications: | Job Requirements
The required qualifications for this position include but not limited to:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
· Have a proven sales background, documented success and not afraid of monthly numbers.
. Experience with sales specificy to the transportation industry or an existing book of business
· Candidates must be aggressive, organized and effective under pressure
· Competitive personality
· Growth and sales oriented
· Strong Customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to be successful in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
